1. Agreement To Terms

By accessing our website at atishautomation.com or purchasing any service from Atish Automation Agency you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms please do not use our website or services. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and clients of Atish Automation Agency.

2. Services Offered

Atish Automation Agency provides the following done for you AI and automation services exclusively for home service businesses:

Professional Website Creation and Design

AI Chatbot Setup and Management

AI Conversation Bot

Missed Call Text Back Automation

Calendar Booking Automation

Google Review Automation

Reputation Management

Database Reactivation

SEO Optimization

Google Maps Optimization

Google Local Ads Management

All services are delivered as described on our website at atishautomation.com. Service descriptions are subject to change with reasonable notice to active clients.

3. Payment Terms

All services are billed on a monthly recurring subscription basis unless otherwise specified. Payment is due at the beginning of each billing cycle. We accept all major credit and debit cards processed securely through Stripe.

Current pricing plans are:

Starter — $197 per month

Growth — $297 per month

Pro — $397 per month

Database Reactivation is available as a premium add-on service charged at 20% of revenue generated. Additional custom services may be quoted separately. All pricing is subject to change with a minimum of 30 days written notice to active clients.

4. Cancellation Policy

All plans at Atish Automation Agency are completely month to month. There are no long term contracts or commitments required. You may cancel your subscription at any time by contacting us at [email protected].

Cancellation requests received before your next billing date will take effect at the end of your current billing cycle. No partial month refunds will be issued.

5. Setup and Delivery

Setup for all plans is completed within 5 business days of receiving full payment confirmation and all required client information. Client must provide the following during onboarding:

Business name and contact information

Logo and brand assets if available

Service area and business description

Any additional information required to complete setup

Delays caused by incomplete or missing client information may extend the setup timeline. Atish Automation Agency is not responsible for delays caused by client inaction.

6. Client Responsibilities

By using our services the client agrees to:

Provide accurate and complete business information during onboarding

Ensure all contacts receiving automated messages have provided proper consent

Use our services in full compliance with all applicable United States federal and state laws

Not use our services for spam, harassment, illegal activities, or any unlawful purpose

Maintain accurate payment information to avoid service interruption

Respond to onboarding requests in a timely manner

7. Refund Policy

Due to the done for you nature of our services and the time and resources invested in each client setup we do not offer refunds once work has commenced. If you are unsatisfied with your service please contact us at [email protected] and we will work with you to resolve any issues. We are committed to delivering results and will make reasonable efforts to address any legitimate concerns.

8. Limitation of Liability

Atish Automation Agency shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use or inability to use our services. Our total liability to any client shall not exceed the total amount paid in the most recent billing month.

We do not guarantee specific results including but not limited to:

Specific lead generation numbers

Revenue increases or business growth

Google ranking positions

Number of Google reviews generated

Appointment booking volumes

Results vary by business, market, and industry conditions. Past results do not guarantee future performance.

9. Intellectual Property

All website designs, automation workflows, chatbot scripts, content, and systems created by Atish Automation Agency remain the intellectual property of Atish Automation Agency until full payment has been received for that billing period.

Upon cancellation of services the client retains full ownership of their domain name, any content they personally provided, and their business information and customer data.

10. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary business information shared during the course of the service relationship. Atish Automation Agency will not disclose client business information to third parties without explicit written consent except as required by law.

11. Service Interruption

Atish Automation Agency uses third party platforms including GoHighLevel to deliver services. We are not responsible for service interruptions caused by third party platform outages, maintenance, or technical issues beyond our control. We will make reasonable efforts to notify clients of any known service interruptions and resolve them as quickly as possible.

12. Termination

Atish Automation Agency reserves the right to terminate service to any client immediately and without refund in the following circumstances:

Violation of these Terms of Service

Use of our services for illegal or harmful purposes

Abusive behavior toward our team

Fraudulent payment or chargebacks

Non payment of outstanding balances

13. Modifications To Services

Atish Automation Agency reserves the right to modify, update, add, or discontinue any service at any time with reasonable notice to active clients. We will provide a minimum of 30 days notice for any significant service changes that affect active subscriptions.

14. Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute between Atish Automation Agency and a client both parties agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute through good faith negotiation. If negotiation fails both parties agree to pursue mediation before initiating any legal proceedings.

15. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming and the United States of America. Any legal disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved in accordance with applicable United States federal and state laws.

16. Entire Agreement

These Terms of Service together with our Privacy Policy constitute the entire agreement between Atish Automation Agency and the client regarding the use of our services and supersede all prior agreements, understandings, and communications.
