Atish Automation provides the following AI and automation services to local home service businesses: Professional Website Creation, AI Chatbot Setup and Management, AI Conversation Bot, Missed Call Text Back Automation, Calendar Booking Automation, Google Review Automation, and Database Reactivation. Services are delivered as described on our website at atishautomation.com.
All services are billed on a monthly subscription basis. Payment is due at the start of each billing cycle. We accept major credit and debit cards processed securely through our payment processor. Failure to make payment may result in suspension of services. Current pricing plans are: Starter at $197 per month, Growth at $397 per month, and Pro at $597 per month. Pricing is subject to change with 30 days written notice to active clients.
All plans are month to month. There are no long term contracts. You may cancel your subscription at any time by contacting us at [email protected]. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle. No refunds are issued for partial months.
Setup for all plans is completed within 5 business days of payment confirmation. Client must provide all required business information including business details, logo, and any other assets needed to complete setup in a timely manner.
By using our services the client agrees to provide accurate business information during onboarding, ensure all contacts receiving messages have provided proper consent, use our services in compliance with all applicable US federal and state laws, and not use our services for spam, harassment, or any unlawful purpose.
Atish Automation and AAA LLC shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our services. Our total liability to any client shall not exceed the total amount paid in the most recent billing month. We do not guarantee specific results including lead generation numbers, revenue increases, or Google review counts as results vary by business.
All website designs, automation workflows, chatbot scripts, and systems created by Atish Automation remain the intellectual property of AAA LLC until full payment has been received. Upon cancellation the client retains ownership of their domain and any content they provided.
Atish Automation reserves the right to modify, update, or discontinue any service at any time with reasonable notice to active clients.
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the United States of America. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved in accordance with US law.
